It depends on how the building is being used and whether work is planned. Occupied premises with no building work usually require a Management Survey; refurbishment or demolition works require a survey covering the areas to be disturbed. If you are unsure, tell us what is planned and we’ll take care of the rest!

A Management Survey supports the ongoing management of asbestos in a building that continues in normal use. A Refurbishment Survey is more intrusive and covers the areas that will be disturbed by planned works.
